Pasta night and great lounge entertainment, nice atmosphere and good service.

The waitress that I had was rushy, wasnt very friendly. I got a fish fry and honestly it wasn't that fresh. Had a funky taste. Brought the attention to the waitress and she was like well you can have something from the dessert menu. Without asking what we wanted she picked a lemon marange pie. We told her we didnt want that that we wanted to pick out own dessert I do not reccomend them .

Everything was delicious. Waitress was excellent. Very enjoyable meal.

Had a great time with my wife. God good & live music.

Genuinely great owner who truly cares about his business. Great staff and an awesome friendly atmosphere. Food is amazing too!

Had wonderful Mad Hatters luncheon there today. Good food, great server, fabulous location.

So sorry to rate this place as two could be such a nice place they price their meals as it's a elegant place and it's not wire tables on Deck. It has many potentials first one with the view hopefully someone takes over someday and upgrade the quality of food not worth the price they're charging. Need some updating some flowers on the deck.

They have a spacious bar and a wonderful menu. Great for a group of any size.

I've read a lot of reviews on this place, and while I acknowledge that each person has their own take on this place, I had no issues. I had the Dockside Chicken Sandwich and it was great. No issues. The woman tending the bar was very attentive and polite. My chicken sandwich came with about 4 potatoes worth of fresh french fries too! No complaints here. Oh, the drinks are cold too lol

Amazing atmosphere food and service fantastic I would highly recommend

Love the location, we sat out on the patio which has a wonderful view of the river. The inside decor is very nice. The menu was awesome with plenty to select from. I had the calamari steak which I never had before. It was pretty darn good. I didn't particularly care for the dipping sauce it was very spicey. My filet was cooked perfect. Our waitress was great no complaints on her service. We will be back.

I’ve worked at this establishment for long enough to know that they do absolutely nothing right. The “head chef” is a 22 year old with no formal training and I watched him place a contaminated knife on a trey where food was fresh to eat and being put together. On top of that they had cooked food in their walk-In UNDERNEATH meat that was raw and thawing out and dripping. When I asked where to place something in the walk-in I was told to put it “where it fits.” My first day that I was meant to be learning the kitchen they had me shop-vacing the rancid fish juice out of their refrigerator that couldn’t even hold 56 degrees Fahrenheit. The only worthwhile thing i’ve received from this restaurant is a healthy dose of mis-trust in the restaurant industry. Don’t come there unless you like food poisoning.

Went for nice dinner and was sorely Dissapointed. Previous experience had been great , but tonights experience makes me reconsider this establishment when dining out. I ordered the New York strip and could not eat half of it because it was so tough. I told the waitress and it was dismissed with, " I have heard that before". The only good thing was the asparagus that was a 5.00 upcharge on top of a 24 dollar inedible steak dinner cost.😲 That's quite an upcharge to not have mentioned when ordering..although there was an asterisk places next to the asparagus that would have been nice to know. My boyfriend had the Motown Philly and it was dry and unimpressive as well. Said it felt like he was eating last weekends prime rib leftovers. Dismissed and overcharged for a terrible meal. I don't know what happened tonight but turned a special night for us into dissapointment.

Bar staff was very friendly, however the food was cold. Sent sandwich back to get a cook come out from the kitchen to debate how hot it should be. My girl called the manager later after we realized what a ridiculous situation it was. She just apologized and said thanks for letting her know. When paying top dollar for pub food it should at least be hot and not get lip from the kitchen. Never going again.

Good service great food.

Good food selection, Friday fish fry, draft beers, coffee and desserts including home made lemon meringue pie and a nice wine list. Come in the evening and watch the sun set over the St Lawrence. Beautiful.

The best food around and the best service. Always enjoy the great views of the river.

Pricing is high and takes forever to get the food thats not so good

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Quick service. Food was excellent. The pasta bar was perfect. And apple cheese cake! Nice view of the water. We would go back again.

Ella's doesn't look like much from the street, but they have a large deck out the back that faces the bay. It was a very quiet afternoon when we stopped for lunch. Service was very friendly and quick. We split a club sandwich, fries and a salad. The club sandwich had good fresh, slightly toasted bread and real sliced turkey. Very good quality food. Pleasantly surprised to find this spot in Morristown.

Great food, great view. Thursday pasta night is my favorite. It's like no other pasta experience. If you like past it will be well worth your money. It is a little expensive at $16, but it is all you can eat. If your like me you will be upsat at yourself for not being able to eat more.

Barely acceptable food in a pinch. Highly recommend you go on a few more miles - either to Ogdensburg or Alex Bay - for more palatable alternatives. Based on experience I consider Ella's a place to avoid and strongly suggest you do as well.

Initial excitement leads into disappointment. Ambience of the St Lawrence was appreciated, staff friendly. Friday night special was Walleye, multiple bones throughout filet. When issue reported, issue was only excused. For the price, unacceptable.

This was the second breakfast we have eaten here and it was very good and reasonable. Last time I also had an omelette and you also get homefries and toast for eight dollars. We all have breakfast that included toast and homefries, but instead of homefries we had short French fries. These were ok, I feel that homefries work better. A good meal was had by all none the less.

We needed to find a place with a washroom for our 6 year old and did we ever luck out! As the only stop in town, we weren't sure what to expect but the food is fantastic and the service is warm and friendly. They have a lounge on one side and a dining room on the other. Perfect for a romantic meal by the water or a family get together. Ella's is worth the drive. Alternatively, during the warmer months to can dock your boat out front and walk up.

Great view of St.lawrence and Brockville,Canada.Our server was top notch. Didn't get her name. She waited on everyone. Inside, outside, and bar lounge. She did an excellent job. . Food was excellent. Try the homemade potato chips!Outdoor seating on a huge covered porch.

Great view. Food can be a quick bite or a fine dining experience. Loved the scallops wrapped in bacon. Willing to work with my food restrictions.

Absolutely fabulous! My wife and I had an amazing Valetines dinner date out at Ella's. Excellent food, service and even live music! Definitely will be going back.

We have been coming here on visits to the area since it opened. Granted sometimes service is slow, but when large parties show up without any warning you shouldn't complain. On a recent day there were 2 groups of over 30 each. Of course everyone wanted the new deck.

Was here for the 2019 Easter Buffet and not disappointed at all. For $18 (plus tax + tip) I had unlimited prime ribs, sausage, turkey, ham, bacon, omellet, green beans+almonds, mac&cheese, mashed turnip, clam chowder, desserts .... Friendly staff, good ambiance.

Service was slow food just ok always slow. I once ordered a rubin that was uneatable. Sooo bad. Great views.. wings were dried out. Servers were delightful. Food not so much

Two stars for the view. All else very sub-par. It's obvious this place doesn't have any competition. Service non-existent on the deck. Food mediocre at best, haphazardly presented, wilted lettuce, tasteless. Priced much too high considering the service and food quality. Seriously understaffed on a Saturday evening. Lots of listless "Sorry" from the wait staff. Go to the Grand View instead.

Talked my husband into going again after waiting last time for 2 hours for our food he said never again. Serve started out good had 2 waitress both not realizing who had the table I guess. We ordered our food my husband ordered a full meal and I ordered a chef salad with grilled chicken his meal came out and I took a picture I liked the presentation mine never came until 10 minutes later I know it was 10 minutes because I looked at the time I took the picture being just a salad that is so uncalled for. So his got cold while he waited for mine to come so long story short we will probably not ever go again. I will say food is good serve is horrible. That should never happen.

The spacious deck is an awesome place to enjoy in the summer, which is the only time I have been there. Intimate and clean, with a nice menu. The beautiful view makes this place. Very young wait staff though, more experience on the crew would make a difference.
